How AssistZen processes personal data.

What we collect

Your name, work e-mail address, phone number, job title, time zone, sign-in activity and the content of the tickets you raise or comment on.

Why we process it

To authenticate you, to deliver and measure support against your contract (including SLA reporting and customer satisfaction surveys) and to send you notifications you have opted in to.

Retention

Ticket data is retained for the period configured by your administrator under Settings › Data & Privacy. Audit records are kept to meet legal and contractual obligations.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time, manage notification preferences, and ask your administrator to export or delete your data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: the sign-in session, anti-forgery protection and your interface preferences.

Who processes your data

Your support provider decides how your data is used. AssistZen, a product of Sriggle Private Limited, processes it on their behalf to run the service.
